Position: Guest Services
Employment Type: Part-time/Afternoons, Saturday 1pm - 6pm

Responsibilities:
Manage guest inquiries, bookings, and appointments
Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the spa
Assist with inventory management and restocking of retail products
Actively engage in retail sales and meet sales goals
Resolve guest issues and concerns with efficiency and professionalism
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth spa operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the spa reception area
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail sales and/or hospitality a plus
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Passion for the spa and wellness industry
Flexibility to work part-time initially, with the potential for full-time or permanent hours
