Cape Royal Golf Club is excited to announce the exceptional job opportunity of Outside Services Attendant/Bag Drop Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon. General Purpose: Serves guests. Essential Duties: \u00000F Maintains professional appearance \u00000F Starts players on the first tee explaining the rules of play for the day. \u00000F Maintains an accurate starting sheet so the whereabouts of players are known. \u00000F Cues groups to move to the first tee and makes sure not more than one group is on the tee at on time. \u00000F Tours the golf course assisting players when needed to maintain the posted pace of play for the day. \u00000F Checks the restrooms and water stations on a regular schedule. \u00000F Maintains proper spacing on the golf course to avoid delays. \u00000F Completes the golfer tracking report on a daily basis. \u00000F Reminds players of the cart rules of the day. \u00000F Repairs ball marks and collects any trash that may be on the course. Replaces any hazard stakes or directional signage. \u00000F Communicates with the Golf Shop and Starter on a regular basis. \u00000F Monitors the course and ensure customer satisfaction. \u00000F Assists golfers when needed. \u00000F Reports all problem situations to the Head Professional in a timely manner. \u00000F Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. \u00000F Performs other duties as required. \u00000F Provides information regarding the golf course, play time and other golf-related inquiries \u00000F Provides excellent customer service to arriving guests, expediting the check\u000e1n process \u00000F Verifies all revenues have been properly recorded through receipt inspection before starting a game \u00000F Keeps golf shop personnel informed regarding pace of play based off of the first tee \u00000F Supplies guests with scorecards, pencils and other items as needed \u00000F Advises guests of course conditions and expected pace of play \u00000F Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management \u00000F Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager \u00000F Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. \u00000F Regular and reliable attendance. \u00000F Performs other duties as required.

Experience Required

Minimum Requirements: \u000600 High school diploma or general education degree (GED) \u000600 Must have a valid driver\u0000e2\u00019s license (if driving golf carts or range equipment) \u000600 Must have a strong work ethic \u000600 Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public \u000600 Organized, able to work well in fast paced environment \u000600 Must have strong customer/guest orientation \u000600 Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills \u000600 Must be dependable \u000600 Knowledge about the game of golf preferred. Preferred Requirements: \u000610 2+ years\u00199 Server experience preferred \u000600 Provisions of exemplary customer service skills \u000600 2+ years\u00199 experience with a restaurant POS software platform.
