Position Summary:
The Head Golf Professional is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the golf operation, including member services, golf instruction, tournaments, merchandising, and staff management. This individual ensures an exceptional golf experience for members and guests while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day golf operations, including tee sheets, tournaments, leagues, and outings.
• Provide private and group instruction for players of all skill levels.
• Lead, train, and supervise golf staff to ensure excellent member service.
• Oversee the golf shop, including merchandising, inventory control, and sales.
• Develop and promote golf programs to increase participation and engagement.
• Coordinate with the superintendent to ensure course conditions align with member expectations.
• Prepare and manage the golf operations budget.
• Maintain compliance with club policies, rules, and PGA standards.

Qualifications:

• Class A PGA Professional in good standing.
• Proven leadership and management experience in golf operations.
• Strong teaching, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of golf shop merchandising and tournament operations.
• Commitment to providing a welcoming and enjoyable golf environment.
