This role blends expert instruction, managing daily golf operations, operational oversight, and member engagement, all within a culture of excellence, enthusiasm and professionalism.

Experience Required

Qualifications

• PGA or LPGA membership or certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of golf instruction techniques and equipment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with golf management software and POS systems

Essential Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Instruction & Coaching
• • Provide private and group lessons to players of all skill levels
  • Conduct clinics, junior programs, and player development sessions
  • Offer club fitting and equipment recommendations
• Golf Operations
• • Assist with tee time management, pace of play, and course etiquette
  • Support tournament setup, scoring, and execution
  • Monitor and maintain practice facilities and equipment
• Customer Service
• • Greet and engage members and guests with a welcoming attitude
  • Resolve member concerns and ensure a high standard of hospitality
  • Represent the club professionally during events and outings
• Retail & Merchandising
• • Manage the golf shop, including inventory and sales
  • Recommend merchandise and equipment based on player needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space
• Team Collaboration
• • Work closely with other golf staff, grounds crew, and management
  • Manage, train and mentor seasonal or junior staff

Contribute to marketing efforts and member engagement initiatives.

Promote the game of golf to members and guests.  Involvement and promotion of indoor simulator lessons and leagues during off season.
