Overview

Liberty National Golf Club is seeking an energetic and dependable Class A Professional to help oversee the daily flow of the outside golf operation from April 1st through October 31st. This entry-level, hands-on leadership role will work closely with the professional staff to ensure all aspects of the member and guest experience - from arrival to departure - are executed at the highest level.

Experience Required

• Class A PGA Professional
• Passion for golf and hospitality with a strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in outside operations at a private club preferred but not required.
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable leading a small team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Essential Responsibilities

• Serve as a shift manager for the outside golf operation, overseeing staff and daily setup/close.
• Coordinate and maintain the driving range, bag room, and cart staging areas.
• Ensure smooth organization of play and communication between the golf shop, caddies, and members.
• Uphold the club's service standards and provide a welcoming experience for all guests.
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures for the outside operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment across all golf service areas.
• Support tournament operations, outings, and special events as needed.
