Job Summary
Prepares reports, spreadsheets, and operational documents as needed by management
Provides general administrative support including correspondence, filing, data entry, and record maintenance
Attends meetings and takes notes or provides updates on behalf of management when needed
Maintains standards, ensuring consistent presentation, aesthetics of setting, and quality of guest service
Takes initiative on large or long-term administrative projects, such as developing tools and systems to improve efficiency (for example, creating automated spreadsheets or organizing reference materials)
Coordinates with multiple teams (e.g., kitchen, front-of-house, and leadership) to create production lists, meal counts, and other operational resources
Qualifications
EDUCATION Required
General knowledge at the high school level
WORK EXPERIENCE Preferred
1 year of administrative or office experience
SKILLS Required
Ability and enthusiasm to work on a team
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and basic data management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Proactive, resourceful, and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions / Demands
This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to move items weighing up to 25 pounds. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
Advertised Salary
$13.25 per hour
Work Hours
Monday - Friday with a minimum of 10 hours per week. Position is capped at 29 hours per week.
